The collection and processing of Personal Data is intended to record the contractual relationship with the Company, to control, improve and adapt to preferences and choices regarding goods and to send by electronic or traditional means administrative, technological, organizational and / or commercial information about the Company. The User warrants and bears the responsibility for the truth, accuracy, validity, authenticity, relevance and relevance of the Personal Data he/she discloses to the Company.
The Company, subject to the express consent of the user, provides the possibility for users to be informed about new goods available on the market and other possible offers, payment arrangements, etc. by sending promotional – informative messages to their e-mail or postal address or by telephone. In any case, the user may stop receiving advertising messages at any time.
When the user sends any request to the Company, the information provided therein is confidential and will be used only for the requested action. The content is not transmitted to a third party except to the directly interested recipient and to a legal authority, if requested by the Company or in the event that the content of the message is offensive or harmful to the Company or third parties whose interests the Company must protect (third party users, suppliers, etc.).
SSL security
The Company has taken all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure the maximum possible security of Personal Data, as well as electronic transactions. All information, which is related to the personal data of users, is secured as confidential, using SSL protocol, with 256-bit encryption (the strongest today), for secure online commercial transactions. The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol is currently the global standard on the Internet for authenticating websites to network users and for encrypting data between network users and web servers. An encrypted SSL communication requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, thus protecting personal information in transit. In addition, all information sent using the SSL protocol is protected by a mechanism that automatically verifies whether the data has been changed in transit.
Cookies
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by the server in the domain where the cookie was placed. These files usually consist of numbers and letters that identify your computer, but sometimes contain statistical data and preferences, such as your preferred language or currency.
Cookies are created when you visit a website that uses cookies. Cookies are used to facilitate the user’s web browsing experience by providing information about the user’s preferences. This information is used to create content, services and advertisements that are useful to the user on future visits. Some cookies are placed by third parties acting on our behalf.
It is important to know the difference between session cookies and persistent cookies. The former are valid until you close the browser. Persistent cookies have a longer duration and are not deleted when you close the browser. We try to allow cookies that have a lifetime of up to 2 years. Only in very specific cases, such as for security reasons, do we allow cookies that last for more than 2 years. For more details about cookies and how to delete them you can also visit www.aboutcookies.org and you can also see our guide on how to disable them.
What is local storage?
Local storage is a file created by a website on your device. There are many different such files and cookies are one type. As we use them, you should be aware of them so that you can block or delete them if you wish. You can do this under “Local browser storage”. Many websites use “session storage” and “local browser storage” to store data. “Session storage” is temporary, but “local storage” has a longer duration. You can delete the data by deleting your browsing history.
